Today there is another meeting of the ITN - again with independent MPs - for the possible implementation of the third mandate with the formation of a government. Slavi Trifonov's people will meet with the representatives of the DPS, loyal to Ahmed Dogan and headed by Jevdet Chakarov, BNT reported.

The remaining parties did not accept the invitation for negotiations.

Yesterday, the MPs from the party "Majesty" they went to a meeting, but already as independents after the division and into two separate groups: One - close to Ivelin Mihailov, and the others to Nikolay Markov.

The first group sent one representative for the talks, and 6 representatives from the second went and declared that they would support the third mandate.

The first meeting was only with one of the deputies around Ivelin Mihailov - Krasimira Katincharova, because her other five colleagues were outside Sofia.

The design decision submitted by them for the construction of the NPP "Belene" jointly with the Ukrainian side on July 24 and not included in the agenda of tomorrow's energy committee, was the first and last topic put forward by Katincharova.

Toshko Yordanov stated that it would be appropriate to discuss not only one topic, but all legislative initiatives proposed by the mandate holder.

However, Katincharova remained adamant that for her and her colleagues this is a condition for future talks, because they want to know if ITN is interested in Bulgaria's energy policy and independence.

Toshko Yordanov stated that they did not run away from this topic, but it required a wide range of experts. The meeting ended after 40 minutes of exchanges of lines and arguments."We expect to encounter nothing but political arrogance in this parliament, which is full of players who, in our understanding, are already compromised. Even if a government is elected for the third term and composed of ITN colleagues, we do not see stability. We will not support such a government, because even for what is most important to us - Bulgaria's energy independence and independence, none of these political players bothers to look seriously," said Krasimira Katincharova, an independent MP.

I am extremely happy that you attended, because it is good to see what kind of people there are in the National Assembly. When you start asking questions about what you're doing, who you're working with, or why something isn't working - you'll be clearer. As you can see, one representative of 6 people came who had no idea what should be presented in the state. No need for support specifically from this part. With the other PGs, I assume that the conversation will not be at this level, but will be more professional", commented Toshko Yordanov, chairman of the parliamentary group of "There is such a people".

The second meeting was attended by six deputies from the former "Velichie", close to Nikolay Markov.

To her, ITN managed to briefly present their priorities in key areas such as judicial reform, health care, education, defense, foreign policy and energy.

Nikolay Markov asked for an answer in what time frame they see the implementation of their priorities from ITN and received an answer from Toshko Yordanov that the best option is a regular cabinet with a 4-year term, but this will depend on parliamentary support. On the way out, everyone was satisfied with the collegial and constructive tone and an overlap of priorities.

"Bulgaria must stop this free fall. We hope for statesmanlike thinking and reason in the other political parties as well", stated Victoria Boyadzhieva.

"Ultimately, what happened is extremely useful for Bulgarian society. At the end of the day, sanity and calmness are important. I appeal to everyone for reason and calm, because I am convinced that after this meeting the majority in support of a 4-year mandate increased to 22", said Stanislav Balabanov from ITN.

From the parliamentary groups of GERB-SDS, PP-DB and DPS reaffirmed their position that the third mandate is doomed.

"We have already said many times that we will not support mandates other than ours. We have already held meetings, conversations, dialogues, it is good to have dialogue, let meetings be held, they will be a good basis for the next National Assembly. Not in this parliament," said Denitsa Sacheva from GERB-SDS.

"There are no prerequisites for a pro-European, Euro-Atlantic majority in this parliament. Who holds the mandate is irrelevant," added Asen Vasilev from PP-DB.

"I think everyone has already said what we are doing,", Iskra Mihailova from DPS also said.
