The incident happened around 01:30. on the night of August 18, at the roundabout for the "Sarafovo" district, in the direction of "Bratsigovo" street.
The British woman was lying on the road and a car "Chevrolet Cruze" with Burgas registration, driven by a 34-year-old Burgasian, who passed through her body. The woman has a fracture of the pelvis, the right shoulder joint and a pneumothorax of the lung, which is life-threatening, and has been admitted to UMBAL for treatment – Burgas.
It was established that the Englishwoman landed at Burgas Airport an hour earlier. She most likely drank alcohol and fell asleep on the asphalt, according to investigators.
