A political crisis occurred, a stone was thrown into the deep and surfaced tensions in the state that we thought , that it has settled. Alas, we see unnecessary “exaggerations”, the lessons have not been learned. Allegedly, the state was headed for elections, and here we are coming to them dramatically.
This is how the political scientist Dr. Lyubomir Stefanov commented to BNR-Radio Sofia about another political situation without a clearly visible outcome.
In his words, one person (Kalin Stoyanov) is obstructing the entire institutional process and this is absurd.
"The work of a ministry is more important than a person. The doubts that the parties share about alleged problems with the transparency and fairness of elections attributed to Kalin Stoyanov are ultimately a credit to all parties of the last 30 years. Before each vote, they explain how the vote will be bought or stolen. If Stoyanov is the problem, the caretaker prime minister who appointed him can fire him. This person should have professional dignity and resign, not – with apologies – to get stuck like a donkey on a bridge. And let it end!"
According to the political scientist, the president refused Gorica Grancharova-Kozhareva's offer of an office, stating his doubts and not his arguments. The Presidency institution must deal with facts.
"Is there legitimate and illegitimate DPS? The processes there resemble the clearing of business relations between two persons of something that is not a political party," Stefanov also commented.
The latest actions on the political scene lead to the conclusion that Boyko Borisov will return to his role as balancer.
