The Association for Fair Elections prepares an analysis of the risky sections where there are strange electoral behavior – distortion of the vote in relation to neighboring sections or in relation to the municipality itself. With frequent elections, we can see how a municipality like Hitrino abruptly changes its preferences. There are such places in Sofia as well.
This was explained in an interview with BNR by Stoil Tsitselkov from the Association for Fair Elections (OCHI).
Much more important than the Minister of the Interior are the figures of the local police chiefs in places whose names we do not hear and do not discuss, commented Stoil Tsitselkov in the program "Before all".
"The figure of the minister is not as key as they try to convince us, unless he gives direct orders."
Any element of the chain that is not illuminated can be used by a participant for his purposes, he added.
Kalin Stoyanov, as a person from the system, should already tell us more specifically, thinks Tsitselkov, when asked about the PP-DB recording, in which there was talk of "ala-bala".
As voters, we despair because we vote for people who do not know what they will do when they enter the parliament, he noted in conclusion.
How the controlled vote is measured is important – tens of thousands is the most conservative estimate, Tsitselkov pointed out. According to EYES, it amounts to even 200,000 votes.
"In an election campaign, we literally hear phantasmagorias, fabrications – machines that almost certainly someone from the Kremlin and the USA will control them, with codes. Folklore is very rich", comments Stoil Tsitselkov against this background.
In the periods between elections, an analysis must be done, the expert is categorical, criticizing the CEC for the lack of such analyzes to improve the electoral process.
In his words, the reports of election violations "must impress the law enforcement and law enforcement authorities".
OCHI sends observers in pairs so that no moment of the election process is left unchecked, explained Tsitselkov.
"There we see a sharp contrast, a sharp difference with neighboring sections and the activity drops."
