According to information from both wings of the DPS, the "Movement for Rights and Freedoms" party itself is listed as a partner in both coalitions. The Electoral Code categorically prohibits a party from entering more than one coalition.

The spokesperson of the Central Election Commission, Rositsa Mateva, announced that the instructions to the two political forces have already been drawn up, but refused to give details.

The commission gives a three-day deadline, as it is according to the Electoral Code, for the two coalitions to prove that DPS is not part of them. If this does not happen, the registration will be refused.

Only at this point can the Supreme Administrative Court become involved. He also has three days to come up with solutions. And all this must be finished by next Wednesday, September 11, when the registration deadline is, notes Nova TV.
