Today will be the last meeting of the Plenum of the High judicial council, at which nominations for chief prosecutor can be made, NOVA reported.
According to the law, three of the members of the Prosecutor's College or the Minister of Justice can nominate a candidate.
To be elected, the new number one accuser must receive at least 13 "yes" votes. So far, there is not a single candidacy, but according to unofficial information, one will be proposed at the last meeting.
