In the summer, it became clear about the BGN 400 traffic fine she receives the famous psychiatrist Dr. Tsveteslava Galabova. She got a ticket for speeding, and according to the document, she committed the offense in Pazardzhik in January. However, the doctor says she was not in that city at the time. The ticket was handed to her more than half a year later, when she was stopped for another violation.
„There is already a decision of the Pazardzhik District Court. He canceled the fine because there is a factual error and the driver who committed this violation was not driving my car, but perhaps his own, which has a different registration number,” Dr. Galabova explained to Nova TV.
Initially, the police suggested that she file an application to ask for the fine to be waived. However, she refused and went to court.
„I wanted to challenge the relevant authorities to rethink the way these slips are formed,” said Dr. Galabova.
