This was announced in an interview for the show “This Morning” Radostin Vasilev, leader and deputy candidate of the MECH party in the early parliamentary elections on October 27.
According to him, it is currently very difficult to make politics in Bulgaria, because the path to the opportunities to change something is very long and you end up facing the backstage.
When asked why he chose a new political formation after being part of two others – “There is such a people” (ITN) and “We continue the change” (PP), Vassilev answered: “I disclosed the ITN a year and a half ago. Then I revealed the truth about PP and that gave me the energy to create SWORD“.
According to him, people expect a real fightback against Delyan Peevski and Boyko Borisov.
“I see that there are not many willing to really fight with this model. Fictitious fighters and fake slanderers in the last two years have made people desperate, dissatisfied and unwilling to vote, Vassilev commented.
The MECH leader's prediction is that there will be a series of elections in the next 2-3 years. During this time, he will look for partners that he does not currently see. And after the elections on October 27, he sees a “assembly“-2.
