In the morning hours in places in the lowlands, a short-term fog will form in the hollows and around the water basins, BNT reported.
The minimum temperatures will be around zero in Sofia – minus 2°. The maximum will remain unchanged - between 10° and 15°. It will remain mostly sunny, with scattered medium and high clouds. The wind will be from the south-southwest and will be light to moderate.
Sunny weather will also prevail along the Black Sea, with reduced visibility in places in the morning hours. A weak north-westerly wind will blow, which will gradually shift from the south-southeast and strengthen. Maximum temperatures will be around 12°-13°, close to seawater temperature. The roughness of the sea will be around 2 points, with a tendency to increase.
It will also be sunny in the mountains. The wind will be oriented from the southwest, during the day it will be moderate, in the evening it will start to increase. The maximum temperatures in the resorts will be from 4° of Aleko, 7° in Borovets and Pamporovo up to 10° in Bansko.
The weather will be very dynamic until the end of the week - on Wednesday it will be windy, the temperatures will rise even further and in places will reach 20°. In the following days, they will quickly and noticeably decrease and on Saturday they will already be between 2° and 7°. Precipitation is expected in many areas - from both rain and snow, in South-Eastern Bulgaria there will also be thunderstorm activity. On Saturday from the west the precipitation will quickly stop, at the latest in the eastern areas. The cloud cover will begin to break up.
