„There are objective grounds for forming a governing majority within this parliament. There is no reason to think that if the first mandate to form a cabinet fails, things would be different with the second one," said political scientist Hristo Panchugov. He assumes that there will be no hasty reaction on the part of GERB to form a government.
According to Panchugov, the decision of the Constitutional Court will not drastically change the majority in the parliament.
