Today and tomorrow, the Sofia Municipality is introducing a green ticket, NOVA reported.
It is worth 1 lev and with it we can travel in public transport and park in buffer parking for free.
The measure is a result of the measured high levels of air pollution in the capital. The green ticket can be purchased by validating a bank card in a vehicle, from the driver, online and from the cash desks of the Central Municipal Transport and “Metropolitan”.

In connection with the exceeded levels of fine dust particles, the municipality sent a recommendation to schools and kindergartens to limit children's stay outdoors. Street washing has also begun as a preventive measure.
