From the north, the cloudiness will break up and decrease, in Northern Bulgaria to mostly sunny, BNR reported.
More significant will persist over Southeast Bulgaria and the Rhodope Mountains, where light snow will fall in places, and in the extreme southeastern regions - rain. It will be cold, with minimum temperatures between minus 5° and 0°, in Sofia it will be around minus 5°. Maximum values will be from minus 2° to 3°, in the capital it will be around minus 2°.
It will be cloudy and foggy in the mountains. In many places there will be snowfall. A moderate to strong easterly wind will blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 m. will be minus 5°, at 2000 m. around minus 8°.
On the Black Sea coast, light precipitation will still be present only in the extreme southern regions. From the north, the cloudiness will break and decrease, along the northern coast to mostly sunny. Maximum temperatures will be 2-5°. Sea water is 8-9°. Sea waves will be up to 2-3 points.
On Wednesday, it will remain cold, with almost no precipitation. Over Northern Bulgaria, there will be scattered clouds and sunshine. More significant cloudiness will still persist over the southeastern regions and the Rhodope Mountains, where in some places it is possible to even get very light snow.
