Constitutional Court expert: In two sections there were no ballots in the bags handed over after the elections - 1

There are no ballots in the bags in at least two of the sections checked by the Constitutional Court experts in the case for the validity of the election results. This was said by Professor Krasimir Kalinov, an expert of the Constitutional Court on the air of the program "Your Day" on NOVA NEWS.
"In two sections there were no documents in the bags that were handed over to the REC - they are in 23 MIR - "Mladost". There are no paper ballots, no cuts from the machine vote, only supporting materials that have no bearing on the vote. The logical solution in these two sections is to cancel the elections, and then recalculate the results and mandates. The great concern comes from the discrepancy between the machine vote and what was found in the bag. On average, it is between 7-10 ballots - that is, there are fewer paper papers in the bag than in the machine's memory. It has somehow inflated the result, which shows that it can be manipulated - either voting was allowed several times, or the software has not been fully validated, he explained.

According to him, invalid ballots are very few - an inability of commission members to determine the validity of the paper vote has been noticed. "We worked on holidays, we counted 400,000 ballots. We reported the results to the Constitutional Court, and from there they have until the beginning of February to issue a ruling. "Majesty" is more likely not to enter parliament - this is what the inspection shows. The purpose of the recount is not that. The most important thing is what the situation is at the moment - with regard to paper ballots, there are almost no deviations - there is a 1-2 vote difference in favor or detriment of a given party. In the end, on balance, things even out," the professor pointed out.
