There is no information yet about the condition of the injured in the serious accident yesterday, in which two freight trains collided head-on near Lokorsko, BNT reported.
Of the six injured during the accident, only one is in danger of life. This is a 51-year-old man who was admitted to the District Hospital. The other seriously injured is 59 years old and is admitted to the central intensive care unit of ISUL. The remaining four injured have minor injuries and were released after examinations at the Military Medical Academy and Pirogov.
The investigation will establish who is responsible for the tragedy in which two people lost their lives. The relevant Deputy Minister Biser Minchev has already resigned, and Minister Krasimira Stoyanova has also requested the resignations of the heads of NRIC and "BDZ - Freight Transport".
