Bulgaria is in an unprecedented crisis. For the first time, the supreme body for the protection of constitutional order, the Constitutional Court, has openly accused other state institutions of sabotaging its work. Their actions are a pogrom on statehood, democracy and the rule of law. The truth about the results of the parliamentary elections has been stolen. Parliament is fake. This is the position of Cornelia Ninova and a group of applicants to the Constitutional Court who challenged the elections. Here is what else they say:
The government it has elected is invalid. The acts it adopts are illegal. We, the undersigned, have filed a complaint with the Constitutional Court to challenge the elections. As such, we demand:
1. The court to immediately publish the results of the inspection and the conclusions of the experts.
2. Immediate resignation of the management of Information Services, which allowed itself not to comply with the instructions of the Constitutional Court.
3. The Constitutional Court to annul the elections.
We cannot let people, elected by replacing the people's vote, govern the state and our lives.
