"We see that the Bulgarian state categorically refuses to judge the actions of Israel, claiming that it was not yet clear. A vote of no confidence in the government over the death of Marin Marinov is one of the options we are currently discussing."
This was stated to journalists in Veliko Tarnovo by the leader of "Vazrazhdane" Kostadin Kostadinov, quoted by the Bulgarian National Radio.
He criticized the state's inaction in clarifying the circumstances under which the Bulgarian citizen, a UN employee, died in Gaza.
"This is a shameful act on the part of the Bulgarian government for not immediately condemning the murder of Marin Marinov, committed by the Israeli army. An extremely shameful act, which, by the way, deserves a vote of no confidence," Kostadinov emphasized.
Asked how he assessed the actions of the Bulgarian state in clarifying the situation surrounding the death of Marin Marinov, the leader of "Vazrazhdane" said that there were none.
We recall that yesterday Tsoncho Ganev announced that the party would begin collecting signatures for a vote of no confidence against the government.
