The Sofia City Prosecutor's Office has indicted MP Bozhidar Bozhanov from the PP-DB. He waived his immunity himself after Acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov requested his removal.
According to the Prosecutor's Office, Bozhidar Bozhanov violated his official duties as Minister of Electronic Governance and Public Procurement Awarder, in the period from May 20 to June 17, 2022.
"I'm not worried, the indictment is as it appeared yesterday in Peevski's media, the guarantee is the same. You know who the prosecutor's office is", Bozhanov commented today, after he was handed the indictment.
