The Ministry of Defense (MO) announced that a false claim has appeared that call-ups for announced mobilization are being sent.
"The Central Military District (CMD) and its structures in the country update the database of people from the reserve and the reserve who are kept on military registration every year. For this purpose, the Central Military District sends notices (call-up orders) for giving a mobilization assignment for wartime to citizens (up to a certain number of reservists and owners of reserve equipment), but does not take them into actual military service and does not mobilize them, our military department indicated.
Only and only after a decision of the National Assembly and a presidential decree can mobilization be announced.
After receiving the notice from the experts in the military registration offices in the municipalities/districts of the military districts in the country, citizens can contact them by phone to specify the exact time of reporting, the Ministry of Defense added.
