Two people died in a crash on the Veliko Tarnovo - Ruse road, the regional police directorate announced, dariknews.bg reported.
The accident occurred at around 10:30 p.m. at the exit of the village of Polikraishte. According to initial information, two cars collided head-on.
The Veliko Tarnovo - Ruse road was temporarily closed to traffic.
A serious accident claimed a victim in Stara Zagora. Minutes after 7 p.m., a report was received of a traffic accident on the road between the villages of Trakia and Sredets, the press center of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced, BTA reports.
According to initial information, the traffic accident occurred between two minibuses and a TIR. There is information about one death. There are police teams on the scene. Temporarily, traffic in the area of the accident site is being conducted in one lane and is being regulated by police officers, the press center added.
