Bykov: Terziev is planted in a flowerpot, sitting on Moskovska and wondering what is going on in this world

Negotiations were held yesterday, after which possible new negotiations were scheduled for Monday. Is there any explanation for this behavior, in which you give four days, without knowing at all whether the buses will run, whether there will be protests, what the developments in the negotiations are, etc., asked the GERB-SDS MP

Bykov: Terziev is planted in a flowerpot, sitting on Moskovska and wondering what is going on in this world - 1

It is obvious that Sofia is in a severe crisis, and in his year and a half as mayor, Vasil Terziev is already a failed mayor. This was said to journalists on the sidelines of the parliament by the GERB-SDS PG MP Toma Bykov in connection with the public transport protest in Sofia, quoted by novini.bg.
A month ago it was publicly announced that the protest would take place. Within that one month, nothing was done. Negotiations were held yesterday, after which possible new negotiations were scheduled for Monday. Is there any explanation for this behavior, in which you give four days, without knowing at all whether the buses will run, whether there will be protests, what the developments of the negotiations are, etc., said Bykov.

At the same time, the one who was responsible for transport until two days ago went on vacation. The mayor was going to go to Japan, thank God, someone took him off the plane and told him to stay here, because that would have been even greater absurdity and even more ridiculous behavior. Negotiations are not going well, everyone else is being blamed for the current situation, with the exception of Vasil Terziev, who is planted in a flowerpot, sitting on "Moskovska" and wonders what is going on in this world, which he obviously does not know, because he does not have elementary knowledge of the outside world, the GERB-SDF MP pointed out.

Here come the formations supporting him, "We continue the change" and "Democratic Bulgaria", they talk about the attitude of the women of GERB towards Borisov. Only out of good manners I will not say what the attitude towards their women is, because the whole world has understood it in recent years. I hope these people will look at their own mistakes. Organizing some kind of campaign in which they blame everyone else for their failures will neither stop the protest nor make negotiations possible. They must understand that they are currently in a weak position, they must negotiate with respect, and not invent things, like that Katya Yordanova was behind this protest. Katya Yordanova is from the Confederation of Bulgarian Trade Unions, and the protest is organized by "Podkrepa", at least they should have thought to check this on Google, Toma Bikov emphasized.
We hope that the processes will come under some control. The Municipal Council must participate there, the process must be led by the mayor. He must enter into negotiations and secure a majority in the Municipal Council on the topic. This happens with round-the-clock work, not with short-cut talks, exchanging proposals and getting anywhere, because it is obvious that Sofia is in a severe crisis, and in his year and a half as mayor, Vasil Terziev is already a failed mayor, this is our assessment. We do not know how long this transport collapse will last. Does anyone have an answer to the question of when the buses will start running, Bikov noted.

Asked if GERB is not "fanning the fire", he said: "How can we fan the fire, what should GERB do? Why doesn't the mayor of Sofia have a majority? He had 27 municipal councilors, he needed four more. This meant negotiating even with some of the smaller formations for support. Why doesn't he? Because he hasn't negotiated with anyone, because he behaves arrogantly, because he has a deep problem with communication. He can't communicate with people, and that's how he ensures a majority. On top of that, there are no longer 27, because his partners from "Save Sofia" left their group. Is GERB to blame for this, is GERB behind Boris Bonev?"
