A new hearing before the Supreme Court of Cassation on changes in the leadership of the MRF. The case is based on an appeal by the party chairman Dzhevdet Chakarov. He is challenging the refusal of the first instance court to exclude Delyan Peevski as a member, chairman of the party and chairman of the Central Operational Bureau and the Central Council.
After the court of two instances has ruled on all applications for registration filed by Chakarov, those of Delyan Peevski will also be decided.
He submitted to the court a decision of the party's Central Council, which dismisses Dzhevdet Chakarov as chairman of the party and that a new composition of the Central Operational Bureau has been elected.
