A fire brigade team rescued a fallen woman in Ruse. The foreign tourist was injured in the Ivanovo Rock Churches area, and since the area is difficult to access, the rescue operation had to be carried out using an alpine method. The woman was transported to an ambulance without life-threatening injuries.
This is the second rescue operation of the day. We recall that earlier an 83-year-old man fell into a three-meter unsecured shaft in the basement of a block of flats in Ruse.
The man was accompanying a water utility collector who was supposed to read the readings of a water meter in the basement of the building.
