Parliament discusses Radev's returned amendments to the Renewable Energy Law  - 1

The parliament will again discuss the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Renewable Energy Law, returned by decree of President Rumen Radev, according to the weekly draft program of the National Assembly, published on the legislative body's website, BNT reported.

The proposal is from the parliamentary group "There are such people".

On the first Wednesday of the month, GERB-SDF propose for a second vote the amendments to the Law on Measures against the Financing of Terrorism, submitted by the Council of Ministers.

From the group of "We continue the change-Democratic Bulgaria" have included for today a draft resolution obliging the government to conduct an information and explanatory campaign about the benefits of introducing the euro in our country and the experience of other EU member states.

The "Vazrazhdane" PG envisages that the parliament will discuss a draft resolution to hold a national referendum - "Do you agree that the Bulgarian lev should be the only official currency in Bulgaria until 2043".

The draft program states that the second vote on the Bill on Credit Servicing Persons and Credit Buyers will be held on Thursday. Another item is the first reading of amendments to the Clean Air Act, submitted by the Council of Ministers.

One of the goals is to bring the law into line with the Commercial Register Act, the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities and the BULSTAT Register Act. Secondly, the aim is to implement a measure from the priority "Improving the quality of life of people with a focus on the environment" and improving the quality of atmospheric air from the Management Program of Bulgaria for the period 2025-2029. The changes update the date for submitting information from the General Directorate "Fire Safety and Protection of the Population" of the Ministry of Interior for operators of stationary fire-fighting equipment that also contains fluorine-containing greenhouse gases.

According to the draft program, the National Assembly must also consider draft laws for the ratification of international treaties, including the Agreement for the Implementation of the Program (Interreg VI-A) IPA Bulgaria-Serbia 2021-2027 (CCI 2021TC16IPCB007).

On Friday, the blitz control is held, in which, according to the rules of procedure of the parliament, the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Ministers participate, as well as the regular parliamentary control.
