Russia claims that there are no irretrievably lost planes among the planes. So we do not know exactly what it is. Satellite photos that were published show that 10-12 Russian planes that can carry nuclear weapons were affected in some way. How many of them will be restored remains to be seen,“ Trifonov added.
“What is very painful for Russia and for these planes is that they support nuclear parity with the United States. This is precisely what makes such a move extremely dangerous and Russia will take measures.
