The administration of the Pleven District Court is about to taint Siyana's case with its inaction/negligence. This was written on Facebook by Nikolay Popov - the father of 12-year-old Siyana, who died in a car accident near Telish.
"Despite the order of Judge Dorotea Tsoneva, the witnesses in the case have not yet received summonses for the hearing scheduled for July 30. There is less than a week left until the hearing. Another judicial absurdity is happening. An attempt to ruin an excellent investigation and legal work. However, we see…", the father of the girl killed on the road wrote in his publication.
Siyana has the right to justice, emphasizes Nikolay Popov.
"Her life was taken in an extremely cruel, painful and torturous way. She does not deserve this. Neither she nor any other person."
The blackened parent asks all witnesses in the case who are being questioned in its pre-trial phase to appear at the hearing on July 30, 2025 at the Pleven District Court at 10:00 a.m.
"Without them, the case cannot proceed on the merits and will be postponed. I ask the Bulgarian media to spread this request. We have reached the point where we need to use social networks and media to obtain a quick and effective trial. "The bottom has been hit!", Nikolay Popov concludes his post.
