I do not observe any unity in the opposition. The prepared fifth vote of no confidence is yet another proof that they cannot even sit at one table to comment on it. This was said to journalists on the sidelines of the parliament by the deputy chairman of the PG of "There is such a people" Stanislav Balabanov, a reporter for Novini.bg reported.
We forget what has happened so far – the initiators of the fifth vote of no confidence are seeking support from a party whose leaders they personally signed. Radostin Vassilev was the one who released the recordings with Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev, from which we all understood how the people who were then ruling the country want to take control of it. Now these same people are the faces of a protest of free people, who are trying to be politicized through them on the one hand, which is stupid and wrong, and secondly, they are looking for unity in the National Assembly. I cannot participate in the unity of such people at one table - it seems a bit surreal, Balabanov said.
Radostin Vassilev was talking about a deep state and gave as an example the faces of "Change" - Kiril and Asen, the deep state, and now they are protesting together with them and Vasil Bozhkov in the square. The second time they are preparing a common topic for a vote of no confidence against what - against a government that should currently guarantee the stability of Bulgarian citizens so that we can enter the eurozone in the most normal way possible. And to ensure that there will be no speculation in the state, no drama with prices, and no more allowing anyone to play with people's fears. For us, this is a more important priority and for this reason there is no point in another vote of no confidence in this situation. My assessment of anything positive about these talks is below zero, added the deputy chairman of the PG of "There is such a people".
In response to a question, he assured that the government remains stable.
In such a situation, all of us in this hall must think statesmanlike and see what is important in this situation and what is less important. It is extremely important to guarantee the stability of Bulgarian citizens. It is very easy to go to elections, we have played this game seven times. The snap elections programmed by Radostin, Ivelin and Kostadin are the worst option to date. This is a direct step not only backwards, but also in another geopolitical direction for the country in this situation. "We continue the change-Democratic Bulgaria" are trying to politicize something with which they think they will win more votes, because their votes are melting every day. They are simply incompatible – oil and water. Let's look at the important things that lie ahead for the state, and such type of votes of no confidence only waste time, Stanislav Balabanov also said.
