After Minister Daniel Mitov replied that it was an investigative secret whether there was a connection between the wanted people, connected to the illegal cigarette factory, and Ivan Petleshkov, who is linked to Delyan Peevski according to documents, Bird checked the commercial register and it became clear that there was such a connection. The daughter of the wanted person bought a company from Petleshkov, which is still registered at his address. While the state is chasing some cowhands, it is not clear where Petleshkov is. Minister Mitov has not yet answered the question of whether he has fled the country, whether he was warned by the Ministry of Interior that there would be such an investigation. The takeover of the state continues to develop under this government and this is another argument for the vote of no confidence in September, because most likely all of this will be crushed by the prosecutor's office and some cowherd will be accused.
This was stated at a briefing in parliament by the MP from "Continuing the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" and co-chairman of "Yes, Bulgaria" Bozhidar Bozhanov.
"The finale of the National Assembly today was given today by Boyko Borisov, who has again gone down the alleys. We cannot understand whether he is pretending to be prime minister or is simply preparing for elections, once again handing out money and building roads. Entering the role of prime minister, it becomes clear that Bulgaria has three of them. One formal one, who was appointed. One who wants to be prime minister and travels around the country assuming the role of prime minister - Boyko Borisov. And one who is the real prime minister - Delyan Peevski. Everyone in this government does whatever Peevski says. There is no minister who can come out and say - I don't do what Peevski tells me. Today, Borisov was accompanied by the formal Minister of Regional Development, and behind them was the real minister - Nikolay Nankov. They all listen to the instructions of the real Prime Minister - Delyan Peevski", added Ivaylo Mirchev.
"Our draft law on the Criminal Procedure Code differs greatly from Delyan Peevski's. Peevski's, in addition to being illiterately written, tries to hide the police from the Criminal Procedure Code in the National Security Agency, where everything is even more classified. Our draft law on the Criminal Procedure Code completely eliminates the police," concluded Bozhidar Bozanov.
