By decision of the government, Garmen Municipality receives ownership of a plot of land - private state property, located on ul. “Kanina“ in the village of Marchevo, Garmen Municipality. The property will be used to build a pumping station and a collection tank for mineral water with a volume of 800 cubic meters. It is planned that the funds for the construction of the site will be provided by Garmen Municipality, as well as under the Investment Program “Mineral Waters“ of the National Trust Ecofund. The municipality will have to return the property back to the state if it does not realize the planned within 5 years of its acquisition. The regional governor of Blagoevgrad must develop a control mechanism through which to carry out periodic checks on the fulfillment of the conditions under which the land is transferred.
The government decided to change the status of the former Social and Pedagogical Boarding School “Kliment Ohridski“ in the village of Pchelarovo, General Toshevo municipality, from public to private state ownership. The land property, with an area of 16,244 sq. m, together with the four buildings built on it, has been granted management rights to the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) - Regional Department of Education - Dobrich. The boarding school was closed in 2006 and is no longer necessary for the system, as it is not used for educational, cultural and social activities. There is no interest from individuals or legal entities in its use. The change in the status of the property will create an opportunity for the implementation of procedures leading to the improvement of the educational process in the territory of Dobrich district.
By decision of the government, the status of a state property in the city of Shumen, managed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, is changed from public state to private state property. It is located on Blvd. “Simeon the Great“ and represents a plot of land with an area of 11,985 sq. m, together with eleven buildings in it. The property has lost its status as a property - public state property.
Property - public state property becomes private state property and passes into the management of the regional governor of Pazardzhik district. It is located in the city of Peshtera and represents a land plot with an area of 11,051 sq. m, with a permanent purpose of the territory: urbanized, with a method of permanent use: for a warehouse of the state reserve, together with the buildings built in it.
The Council of Ministers also adopted a Decision to amend the Decree of the Council of Ministers No. 188 of 2024 on the gratuitous provision for management of properties - public state property, to the National Company “Railway Infrastructure“ for the implementation of a national site “Modernization of the Sofia - Plovdiv railway line: Sofia - Elin Pelin and Elin Pelin - Septemvri railway sections“.
