By decision of the government, a property - private property, necessary for the construction of the Object “Modernization of the existing route of Road 1-8 “Kalotina - Sofia Ring Road“ from km 1+000 to km 48+270, section from km 1+000 to km 32+447.20“, Sofia region. The property, with an area of 38 sq. m, is located in the land of the village of Kalotina, Dragoman municipality, Sofia region. The funds for compensating the owners are at the expense of the “Road Infrastructure“ Agency. The decision may be appealed before an administrative court at the location of the properties within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.
Parts of properties - private property, necessary for the construction of servicing technical infrastructure - access road to the Gas Pipeline Cleaning Station “Vetrino“ and crane node “Vetrino 2“ at the Site “Looping from Rupcha to Vetrino“, on the territory of Varna District, are being expropriated. The parts of the properties have a total area of 181 sq. m. They are located on the territory of the Vetrino municipality and are part of the project “Increasing the capacity for natural gas transmission at the Negru Voda/Kardam interconnection point in the direction from Bulgaria to Romania“. The funds for compensation to the owners of the affected parts of the properties are provided by “Bulgartransgaz“ EAD. The decision can be appealed before an administrative court at the location of the properties within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.
The government decided that properties - private state property will be transferred free of charge to the Municipality of Svishtov. They are located in the town of Svishtov, ul. “33-ti Svishtovski polk“ No. 85 and 85 B and have a total area of 434 sq. m. With them, the municipality will be able to continue the activities undertaken so far on the construction of “Danube Industrial Technology Park - Svishtov“ and the adjacent infrastructure, which will contribute to its future socio-economic development.
By decision of the government, properties - public state property become private state property and are provided in the ownership of the Municipality of Omurtag for activities and services related to issuing documents or reports, payment of taxes, fees, etc. by the municipal administration and its units. They are in the town of Omurtag and represent a plot of land with a building on ul. „Neofit Rilski“ No. 3 and the third floor of an administrative building on ul. „Alexander Stamboliyski“ No. 2A. The properties will have to be returned to the state if the municipality does not implement the planned activities within 5 years of their acquisition.
