The interrogations of witnesses and experts in the "Debora" case have begun, NOVA reported.
The next hearing against the defendant Georgi Georgiev will be held at the District Court in Plovdiv. He is charged with three crimes – for inflicted with particular cruelty and in a particularly painful way on the 18-year-old victim Deborah, multilevel medium bodily injury, for coercion and for threats to kill.
The case will be heard in four sessions and behind closed doors, so that facts from the intimate life of the two will not be disclosed. On the first two dates - May 31 and June 3, the court will question all the witnesses, and on the second two - June 5 and June 26 - experts who prepared expert opinions on the case. Deborah Mihailova, the victim, will be the first to be questioned.
