The case against Rangel Bizyurev, accused of the murder of Dimitar Malinov in Tsalapitza, begins in Plovdiv , BNT reported.
The defendant was searched for 8 months and captured with the help of the foreign services in Denmark.
During the trial against the twins Valentin and Borislav Dinkovi, accused of concealment of the serious crime, Bizyurev admitted that he himself inflicted 4 blows on Mitko's body. Then, with the help of the brothers, they buried the young man's body.
Today, at the preliminary first court hearing, it will become clear whether Rangel Bizyurev will request a summary investigation by admitting all the facts collected so far by the prosecution.
The mother of the murdered Dimitar is expected to ask to be constituted as a private prosecutor and to make additional claims at the trial. Before the court session, relatives and friends of Dimitar Malinov will again gather at a protest demanding justice.
