Ana Georgieva and her friend Boris are brokers, accused of two cases of kidnapping, threat to murder and bodily harm.
The property owners are said to have been forcibly kept in apartments, forced to sign documents, beaten, threatened and doused with alcohol.
In one of the cases, it is about threats with the aim of forcing the handover of BGN 85,000 received from the sale of a property in Sofia. In this case, Georgieva was in custody at the Sliven Prison for eight months, after which she was under house arrest for a year. He has been free on bail for several days. In 2011, she was given a suspended sentence for breaking into hotel rooms for the purpose of robbery. After an agreement with the prosecutor's office, she was rehabilitated.
Her boyfriend Boris is serving a sentence in prison in Kazichene for driving after consuming alcohol.
Georgi Heinz from Sofia met the broker in June 2020, when he decided to sell his house in "Borovo". He lived alone and suffered from alcohol addiction. A few months ago, she went to Germany, maintaining a relationship with her cousin's husband. He stands in front of the Nova TV camera.
The man says that Georgi's phones have been switched off for some time. "The broker had said that she would find him an apartment at a low price so that he would have money left over to live on,", he explained.
After placing ads for the sale of the house, she invited Georgi to a house in "Boyana" to talk about the deal. After his cousin's husband threatened to file a report with the police, Georgi was released, but he already had fears that he would be cheated. When Georgieva found a buyer, the man still decided to let her mediate the deal. The house was sold in the spring of 2021, and about BGN 90,000 went into Georgi's account. After that, the man disappeared for a month, and when he returned, he claimed that he was forcibly held in an apartment in the "Manastirski Livadi" quarter. The realtor's friend was waiting there and hit him with a crowbar, breaking his jaw. They told him he had been kidnapped. There were marks on his body from being tied with pig tails, and he himself claimed that he was drugged and drunk. Ana Georgieva and Boris convinced him that if he authorized them to withdraw the money from the sale, they would release him.
Georgieva called the victim's cousin's husband and told him that Georgi was in "Pirogov". While he was kidnapped, the man says he signed documents authorizing the broker to withdraw unlimited amounts from his bank account. She had claims that Georgi owed her 100,000 BGN.
After he was discharged from "Pirogov", he discovered that the money from his accounts had been withdrawn by Georgieva. Statements from the bank have been handed over to the prosecutor's office. In the case of withdrawals, confirmation was requested by phone from Georgi. An unknown man identified himself as him and confirmed the transactions.
The victim has been in Germany for several months and there is no contact with him. The case is in the judicial phase. After it started, the man was contacted by a woman who introduced herself as Diana, who said she could help him. She is a character from another piece of "Following" material, in which she presented herself as a friend of Yulian Dimitrov, who is under investigation for disputes with real estate, extortion, usury and death threats.
According to Diana, he informed her about his change of location in Germany. She claims that she did not know who Georgi was and who Anna was before meeting him in the hall. He is currently declared an international wanted man.
We find Georgieva days after she was released from custody, trying to sell a new property. She threatens the NOVA team with murder. On the advice of a person she spoke to on the phone, Anna calls the police. The realtor then claimed she felt sick and the police called an ambulance. Subsequently, he calls our team with a request not to broadcast the report and wants to give an interview with his lawyer, but without commenting on Georgi Heinz, since the case is in the court phase.
She shared that her reaction to seeing the team was primal. He clarifies that there are diseases that have been diagnosed, and the sudden change in moods is due to bipolar disorder.
