District Prosecutor's Office-Plovdiv filed a protest in the District Court-Plovdiv against a judicial act of the District Court-Plovdiv, with which on October 24, 2024, a sentence of 3 years of imprisonment was passed for an initial “common“ mode“ against Borislav and Valentin Dinkovi (aged 21). , reported the press center of the prosecutor's office. They were convicted for having, on 20.07.2023-21.07.2023 in the village of Tsalapitsa, in complicity as perpetrators, assisted Rangel Bizyurev, who committed on 20.07.2023 in the village of Tsalapitsa the intentional murder of the 24-year-old Dimitar Malinov, to avoid criminal prosecution, without having agreed with him before committing the act itself.

The sentence can be appealed within 15 days before the District Court in Plovdiv.

During the months in which Bizyurev was being sought, relatives of the murdered boy and residents of Tsalapitsa in Stamboliyski, Plovdiv and Sofia protested demanding a quick and fair trial against all those involved in the case. The death of 24-year-old Dimitar Malinov occurred as a result of a severe beating that was inflicted on him on July 20 at around 10:30 p.m. His body was found buried about a kilometer from where he was last seen.
