The Vidin District Court imposed a preventive measure of "detention in custody" on Anton Iliev, accused of the murder of Mariyan from Kula, BNT reported.
The ruling can be appealed before the Court of Appeal in Sofia.
The suspects in the murder - Anton Iliev and Valentin Kamenov, were detained in the Czech Republic on March 13.
The first to be returned to Bulgaria was 20-year-old Valentin, who is already under a preventive measure of "detention in custody".
