Under the leadership of the District Prosecutor's Office - Pernik, pre-trial proceedings for intentional murder are underway.
On July 5, a murder report was filed by telephone 112. Actions were immediately taken to investigate the information received. During an inspection in the area of the village of Bogdanov Dol, the body of a man was discovered, the prosecutor's office announced.
During the investigation, it was established that on June 25, a scandal broke out on a farm in Bogdanov Dol over the sale of a cow without the owner's knowledge. Outraged by what had happened, 67-year-old S.S. beat up 57-year-old D.G., who was taking care of his animals. The victim was left helpless and later died. His body was found buried next to an outbuilding, BGNES reported.
S.S. has been charged with a serious intentional crime. By order of a prosecutor, the person has been detained for up to 72 hours.
A request for a preventive measure of "detention in custody" against him is pending.
