Against the background of ongoing wars in the DPS, MEDIAMALL shows you another illegal hack of one of Ahmed Dogan's closest people, Rumen Gaitanski - Wolf.
A few days ago it became clear that the state bank is ready to seal the loss from one of its biggest and scandalous exposures, inherited from the era when it was managed by Stoyan Mavrodiev. It is about the BGN 150 million allocated in 2019 to the then newly established company “Roadway Construction”, which was subsequently used to acquire the relatively small construction company from the village of Gruevo, Momchilgrad, “Road Construction Engineering”.
The seller was the company of Rumen Gaitanski - Valka "Bio mining" (later became popular due to the ill-fated construction of a forest shed in the "Iskar" DLS), and the buyer also had indirect connections to him, writes Capital. Thus, in reality, the loan from BBR financed an intra-group transfer without a real change of control, and the money went personally to Gaitanski's pocket.
It is no secret to anyone that Rumen Gaitanski is one of Ahmed Dogan's closest people, the same one who a few days ago in his vague letter accused other persons from the DPS of using a “Mutren approach” and they almost caused stress and corruption in the state, using the prosecutor's office and the police force for this purpose. An accusation that sounds, to put it mildly, funny from Dogan's mouth, given that it is he and his style of politics that have been the main emblem of political corruption in our country for the past 30 years.
Dogan apparently conveniently forgets that the person with whom he shares whiskey day and night is precisely the person who has been doing whatever he wants in our country for years, grabbing millions from it to subsequently buy ultra-expensive yachts and luxury properties in the world.
It should be noted here that Gaitanski is the proud owner of an 80-foot luxury yacht, which the DPS oligarch kept until recently at the marina in the “Porto Karas” hotel complex, on the second arm of the Halkidiki peninsula.
According to our information, Gaitanski has recently decided to move his marine jewel to the south of France, because the marina in the complex “Sanny resort” is too small for his big boat. Three years ago, he also bought a luxury house, worth nearly 4 million euros, in the villa area of the “Sani Resort”, thus becoming neighbors with another Bulgarian oligarch in the person of Valentin Zlatev. Gaitanski then began a large-scale renovation of his new property, and his wife Asya took up the realization of the bar interior of the luxurious house. The most scandalous thing in all of this, however, is the fact that both in Bulgaria and in Greece Rumen Gaitanski demonstrated complete disrespect for the laws of the state and built an absolutely illegal fence around his property. His crazy wall caused such a big scandal in Halkidiki that even the executive director of “Sani resort” Andreas Andreadis demanded that the Wall of the Wolf be destroyed immediately. He, of course, refused, and subsequently the Greek municipality filed a lawsuit against him, imposing a fine of 50,000 euros.
A study carried out by the Greeks themselves revealed to them that this same type has been erecting completely illegal properties in Bulgaria for years. The southern neighbors were then completely shocked by the Bulgarian's audacity, and to this day do not believe that such behavior is possible.
