The national team became the top scorer in the regular season of the Greek championship for the second time in his career.
The Olympiacos winger ended the first stage of the championship with 382 points scored, being one of the few who managed to finish in first place in this indicator with two different teams.
Exactly ten years ago – season 2014/2015, the Bulgarian also topped the rankings with the Aris team.
Vezenkov is also only the ninth player in the history of the Greek league to win the scoring award more than once, with the leader in this regard being the legend Nikos Galis.
Tonight, Alexander Vezenkov and his Olympiacos teammates will visit the French ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne in a match from the 31st round of the Euroleague, and two days later they will welcome the Monaco team.
