Real Madrid has signed a 13-year-old Bulgarian. The “Royal” club attracted the 2012-born
Alexander Chobanov, who comes from the academy of another Spanish team - Osasuna, reports “Relevo”.
The media in Spain revealed back in February that Chobanov was spotted by scouts from “Los Merengues”.
The boy's parents have informed Osasuna that he will leave at the end of the season for the capital. Chobanov's family is originally from the village of Barutin, Dospat Municipality. The child has both Bulgarian and Spanish citizenship.
Before moving to Osasuna, Chobanov played for Chantrea - also in Pamplona, the club being an affiliate of Athletic Bilbao.
