Levski and Ludogorets finished 2:2 in a match from the 35th round of the Bulgarian football efbet League. The “Blues“ played for the first time with the official jersey for the 2025/2026 season. Razgrad lost their captain Jakub Piotrovski for the cup final against CSKA-Sofia due to a direct red card in the first half at the "Georgi Asparuhov" stadium, BTA reports.
At the beginning of the match, Ivaylo Chochev tried to pass Svetoslav Vutsov, but missed the goal. In the 36th minute, the Razgrad team took the ball away from the "Blues" penalty area and Erik Bile shot from over 20 meters, overcoming the "blue" guard with the first goal of the match – 0:1.
The celebration of the goal was just as interesting. Assen Mitkov slightly pushed the captain of Razgrad, Jakub Piotrowski, who reacted far more aggressively and was sent off by Volen Chinkov. Thus, the Pole will miss the final of the Bulgarian Cup against CSKA-Sofia.
Levski reached an equalizer in the 61st minute with the debut goal of Oliver Kamdem. Kamdem, who arrived in the winter on a transfer from Loko Plovdiv, controlled the ball after clearing from a corner and sent it with a strong shot to Hendrik Bonman, who failed to intervene well and it fell into his net for 1:1.
Only seven minutes later, Levski took the lead in the score. The team's playmaker Javad El Jemili intercepted a pass in the Ludogorets half and sent a powerful shot on the grass to the far post, and Bonnman failed to reflect it - 2:1.
However, that was not all in the match, as Chochev managed to pass Vutsov in his second attempt. He mastered a clearance about 35 meters from the goal and sent an incredible parabolic shot that stopped in the "blues" net for 2:2.
Alexander Kolev, who appeared in the game in the second half in place of Mustafa Sangare, made a big miss of about five meters in the final minutes and so the match between Levski and Ludogorets ended in a draw. Razgrad are the leaders and champions with 82 points, and the "blues" are with 71 and guaranteed second place.
