Güner Tahir to FACTS: Free tours from Turkey started after May 25 - 1

It is interesting what is happening in the cities in Turkey where there are our emigrants. There is a campaign going on in several directions. One, for example, is how four bus companies – three Turkish and one Bulgarian, will drive voters from Turkey for free. The courses started on May 25th, and these people's tickets are valid until the end of June!? No one will be taken back to Turkey free of charge before June 9. You know what it's about. And this happens against the background of the fact that for the first time in Turkey there are 166 sections, and each of these people who travel, I can go to vote in the nearest section. This is a form of vote buying. What I mean… Over the years, people in Turkey have become so used to these election excursions that they expect them. There was also a time when a DPS person had to stamp these free tickets for them to use for the return journey. This somehow obligates them to vote for DPS. This was announced to Lili Marinkova in the studio "FACTS". and the show “Conversation“ Guner Tahir, chairman of the National Movement for Rights and Freedoms.

“When the next election rolled around a year and a half ago, Boyko Borisov told people from GERB that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu had returned to power after the fifth election in a row. We have six in our country!? I feel sorry for those who expected changes from PP-DB. This change of situation, already three or four years later after the protests in 2020, did not happen. Somehow it turned out that there was no alternative how to change the model”, said the guest.

“But in the next parliament we may have a new situation if these parties - such as “Solidary Bulgaria”, “The Left” and “Blue Bulgaria” managed to cross the 4% barrier. Then the situation would be completely different, because hardly any of these parties would support a majority of GERB and DPS. If such parties enter, I do not think that we will have a fragmentation of the political space, on the contrary, they will give new ideas and fresh thinking, because some of them have not been in the parliament. So it is good that this silting up in Bulgarian politics, which we are talking about now, will be unleashed with new parties”, added Tahir.
