The autumn elections are perhaps inevitable. But let's go back to the referendum in 2016, when the people had their say. Before the referendum, we had a taboo not to talk about the majority vote. And then, after it suddenly became clear what it was all about, after the referendum passed, all these political scientists and evangelists burst out to explain how bad it is. How will the ceiling fall if it does. The taboo was broken. And all these analysts threw themselves with their bodies to save the dam from breaking.
