A shadow has been hanging over gambling for decades. Not much is said about the subject. In general, it is very easy to drain money through it. From the general public to the rich. And here comes the problem for the socially weak. In general, gambling is a business in the market. This is the case with smoking and the sale of alcohol. Asked if the ban in the media would have an effect on the spread of gambling, he said that time is needed to be able to analyze the situation.
"The ban on advertising in the media has been felt, but whether it will have a positive effect on society... We will see in time. We remember the time when they banned smoking, and then partially allowed it in an election campaign. I hope that such a precedent will not be reached. In the previous National Assembly, this decision was made on the last day, but it would be very cynical if it changed. Bulgarians, to be objective, have a relatively short memory. It may happen, but the effects of this change will be felt in the long term. It should take some time to make the new assessments, new regulation," added the guest.
