Dogan is a child of DS and rules as DS. And accordingly, this helped him survive to this day and be a factor in domestic and foreign political processes. How does Ahmed Dogan manage? How does State Security operate? Simple - you put everyone in a certain role with a goal to achieve in order to create certain processes. And finally you come out the person who is an unavoidable factor that solves all problems.
