I appeal to the president that these consultations for the position of acting prime minister take place as quickly as possible and that the scheduling of parliamentary elections not be delayed. No one wants the National Assembly to continue functioning in this way, and the elections to be pushed back in time. Borisov works with the clear awareness that he will not have an office, that he will work as an official. This is Borisov's reluctance to form a cabinet and his strong dependence on Peevski was very clearly seen, Svilenski added.
