When persons from this elite of professionals in the Ministry of the Interior, let's call them that, like the chief secretary, like the head of a regional directorate, suddenly the next day ministers wake up. This shows only one thing – these people, who until yesterday were part of a professional leadership, had political convictions, they took sides, but they just didn't show it so openly. Borisov appointed her director as minister – Mladen Marinov, her chief secretary – Hristo Terziyski. This means that they took sides, political ones. Are there protections along the chain that was built and subordinated to these same people. One goes, another takes his place and pulls the whole chain”, the guest also said.

“Otherwise there is a criterion by which we will find out if this minister – Ilkov, it will be better than the previous one, does he take sides. Ilkov is now a caretaker minister and his main task is to ensure fair elections. Relatively fair, because there is no such force to guarantee completely fair elections. One such criterion is how vote-buying signals will be handled. Many police officers in recent elections have reported schemes to their superiors. There were superiors who took these signals and said to work on them. And when it comes to buying votes for DPS, the former minister quickly ran to the spot, changed the director and stopped the signal.
