Moscow responded today to US President Donald Trump's statement that the shortage of gasoline in Russia indicates that the Russian economy will collapse, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
Trump expressed his disappointment with Russian President Vladimir Putin yesterday, saying that he is not inclined to end the conflict in Ukraine.
In response, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak assured that there is a stable supply of gasoline on the domestic market in Russia.
“We have a stable domestic supply of gasoline, we do not see any problems in this regard“, Novak emphasized.
“The balance between production and consumption is maintained and we, as a government and individual ministers, are doing everything possible to ensure that this will be "stay like this," he added.
