The governor of the Russian Saratov region Roman Busargin reported on his Telegram channel about destruction of civilian infrastructure and one death in the city after a Ukrainian drone attack.
“There is damage to civilian infrastructure in Saratov. There is a death“, he wrote.
Previously, a drone threat was issued in the region. At 23:53 Moscow time on December 12, the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) Artem Korenyako announced flight restrictions at Saratov airport. Penza airport also suspended flights.
Saratov was also attacked with drones almost a month ago - on the night of November 14.
On December 8, 12 drones were shot down over the region.
