"Russian troops repeat tactics from Avdeevka to capture Chasov Yar". This is stated by the British intelligence in the report of the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain, published on the social network X (Twitter).
"The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Sirsky, said that the Russian Federation wants to capture Chasov Yar before May 9, when Moscow celebrates Victory Day in World War II. Sirski claims that Chasov Yar is a preliminary step on the way to the big city of Kramatorsk.
British analysts refer to a statement by the commander of the operational group "Hortitsa" from April 18, according to which Russian forces dropped 30-40 bombs per day.
"They are likely being dropped by Russian Su-25 aircraft operating close to the engagement line and Su-34 aircraft operating at a distance, which use guided bombs. This is a coordinated aerial bombardment and this tactic has been repeated since the Avdeevka campaign," the report states.
