Lieutenant General Mykola Oleschuk, commander of the Air Force of Ukraine, reported in the application " Telegram" that the enemy attacked from Cape Chaud – Crimea with 20 drones on the night of May 9.
Ukrainian Air Force units shot down 17 drones in Odesa region, the commander informed.
Bulgarians in Odesa Region number over 150,000 people and are the third largest according to the official census in Ukraine in 2001. About 50-60 thousand Bulgarians live in the city of Odesa itself. The largest compact Bulgarian population is concentrated in the Bolgrad, Izmail and Belgorodnist regions, cited by BTA.
