North Korea has ratified a landmark defense agreement with Russia, cementing their rapprochement against the background of Moscow's war in Ukraine, the official North Korean telegraph agency KCTA reported today, quoted by France Press and BTA.
The comprehensive strategic partnership agreement concluded between the two countries on June 19 in Pyongyang “has been ratified in the form of a decree“ signed yesterday by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, KCTA reported.
